  • Emm Ryan is committed to providing the best customer service experience possible during your hair appointment.

    So we decided we would be going "green" for bookings and communications through our online, paperless system with Fresha!

    From scheduling your next appointment rescheduling a new time or if you need to cancel. Our online bookings have the info you need -we've got it all covered in one place so that there are no surprises or hidden fees.

    Emm and Ryan only check online messages at the beginning and end of each day.

  • Limited parking is available behind the salon (free); please check Google maps if this is your first visit to Emm Ryan Salon as you must ensure you factor in enough time to find parking prior to your appointment.

    Remember: We are a CBD located salon and you should factor in travel time.

    This allows us to provide you with the best service for you.

    NOTE: We cannot guarantee that there will be parking available behind the salon at all times, and we do not take responsibility for clients’ late arrivals due to parking/traffic.

    Paid parking is also available on the street in front of the salon and in the surrounding areas.

  • This is to confirm your commitment to your hair appointment.

    Your card is NOT CHARGED unless you cancel within 12 hours of your start time or NO SHOW to the appointment.

    See our current Cancellation Policy (subject to change during busy times of year, or peak times ie: New Year, public holidays etc).

    • Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours in advance without any fees.

    • 30% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation within 12 hours

    • 50% fee will be charged in case of no-show.

  • All Gift Vouchers must be used entirely at one appointment. We do not offer to split the voucher over more than one appt, on one day.

    If there are unused credits/ services after your appt, these are void. We cannot issue refunds or cash.

  • Groupon Gift Vouchers must show the Booking Reference Number/Code when booking an appointment.

    The voucher must be used in 1 visit and in 1 transaction. The voucher cannot be shared.

    Any extra purchases, services added or upgrades must be paid directly to the salon on the day of the appointment.

  • Gift Voucher/s are not redeemable for cash. Including any additional balance at the end of the appointment. 

    Gift Voucher/s may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, voucher or discount.

    Gift Voucher/s will not be replaced if stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

    Gift Voucher/s holders need to provide proof of purchase when scheduling their appointment to use their voucher for the scheduled appt.

    This is; Your Voucher/Groupon Code or have a copy with the Invoice Number to apply towards the services you selected.
